ResumeFit, operated by Jimmy V John, offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on all subscription purchases. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.

How to request a refund

All payments are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and locate your order, or contact us via the link in the site footer and we will assist you.

How refunds are processed

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method by Paddle. Depending on your bank or card issuer, funds may take 5–10 business days to appear.

Renewals

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the customer portal to prevent future renewal charges. If a renewal has just been charged and you no longer want the subscription, contact us within 30 days of that renewal to request a refund.
